Dale & Katie, July 20, 2007

Oh Katie, I knew you were a pretty girl but I didn't know you were going to be channelling Rita-Hayworth-Old-Hollywood glamour on your wedding day! Wow, I love this couple anyway because we had so much fun shooting their engagement shoot as a snowball fight this past winter. Their wedding day was pure elegance, the setting ceremony was creek-side at the Old Ancaster Mill and the wedding party and guests were beautiful, fabulous, and fun! Happy honeymoon you two!

Morgan & Wendy, July 21, 2007

Perfect day for an outdoor wedding. Wendy and Morgan, along with Morgan's two adorable children sealed the deal at 3 Bridges in the beautiful historic St. Jacobs this past Saturday. We caught so many great images of Wendy's smile that day that there was no question that this friendship-turned-romance is headed for a great future!

Jon & Kristina, July 14, 2007

It's amazing how much fun a long long LONG day of shooting can be when you spend it with the right people. Jon and Kristina asked us to accompany them thru their entire day, starting at 8 am and rounding it off with the dancing late into the night. There is so much I could tell you about this couple and their day: about the gigantic cake, the fierce loyalty of the bridesmaids, the dedication to detail by the groom, the grace, elegant and wit of the beautiful bride, the entertaining uncle and his lovely family that we ate dinner with but really the one thing that stands out in my mind was how moved Jon was every time he looked at Kris. It poured rain for a good part of the day but I bet if you asked Jon, he only saw sunshine!

Kyle & Kelly, July 7, 2007

"Happily Ever After" was on the menu.
Kyle and Kelly tied the knot at the fabulous "Verses" restaurant last weekend. This historic church-turned-acclaimed restaurant was temporarily reverted back to a sacred place as Kelly and Kyle pledged their vows to each other amidst thier family and friends.

Ken & Krista, June 30, 2007

Ken and Krista are part of this special group of friends that my friend/colleague Jennifer Kirk and I seem to shoot for all the time. I think Jenn and I are really the lucky ones as this group of amazing people are so supportive of each other that the day goes smoothly, everyone laughs and no one seems to think its strange that the bride spends more time kissing her horse than her groom (just kidding).

Katherine and Shaun shared their special day with just a few friends and family but their was enough love and laughter to fill a gymnasium. After a short service in the park, we hit the tracks in the warehouse district and ended up eating, drinking and dancing the night away at Peter Martin's 20 King Street.
