Really??? I'm not actually sure you could take a bad photo of this family. I first met the wee Maya at a photo booth in Cravings Maternity & Baby Boutique. On the day of this photo shoot, Mom and Dad claimed that Maya wasn't in her best mood! Well, if this was my kid's BAD mood, I'd be pretty happy!
About a year ago, I was assigned to photograph Chantelle of Funktional Space, a local interior designer for Fine Lifestyles Magazine. Since then, I have photographed many of Chantelle's projects and clients...and enjoyed a few lunches and lots of laughs along the way!
Remember the Riffel twins, Jacey & Joley? We here they are again, with Mom & Dad AND big-brother, Justice. It's a great time at the Riffle house, the girls are now one and have each developed an amazing and unique personality. Plus both are so smitten with big brother, that its amazing he ever get any teenage boy stuff done with the little ones in tow! Thanks Mark and Shelley for inviting me in again!
(p.s. HFP blog followers, please bear with us if the posts look a bit funny for a while, we are reformatting and it may take us a few posts to get it just right!)
I used to tell people, "I wish I was brothers!?!" I guess that makes no sense unless you have a good handle on how many times I've seen Legends of the Fall or a River Runs Through It. I love the simplicity of a boy's relationship with his brother. If you feel like punching him, you punch him...he may punch you back but that's okay. Wrestling, goofing around, throwing things JUST for the sake of throwing things. I LIKE THAT!
AND, since I'm a girl, (and a grown up girl at that), I'm never going to be "brothers" so I just get to live vicariously (joyously vicariously) through the brotherly antics of the brothers I have the pleasure of photographing- like the wee Blier Brothers seen here!
